Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Technical Change Manager in Los Angeles to lead adoption and organizational change across engineering and technology teams. You will partner with engineers, architects, and program managers to understand changes, impacts, and required actions, driving sustained adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building scalable change capability, crafting practical approaches, and aligning across multiple geographies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, or digital environments.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments.
• Ability to translate technical decisions into clear stakeholder impacts and actionable plans.
• Deep practical knowledge of organizational change methods with adaptable approaches.
• Experience creating end-to-end change strategies including readiness, communications, and adoption measurement.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in ambiguous environments.
• Formal change-management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and delivery for complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, technologies, or geographies.
• Translate technical implementation plans into stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, engagement strategies, and measurable change outcomes.
• Embed organizational readiness into the design and delivery of major initiatives to ensure sustained adoption and business impact.
• Identify adoption barriers early, frame problems, and drive practical interventions addressing behavior, capability, process, structure, or incentives.
• Partner with engineers, architects, TPMs, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to understand technical decisions and organizational consequences.
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and coaching to scale change capability across teams.
