The Technical Sales Representative drives profitable sales growth by providing technical expertise to ready-mix producers, precast, and contractors, optimizing concrete performance and introducing cement products and slag. The role collaborates with Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, and Operations to deliver value-added solutions and exceptional customer experiences across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in cement, concrete, construction materials, or related industry.
• Experience supporting technical product applications and providing customer-focused solutions.
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I (ACI Level 1) preferred.
• NRMCA Concrete Technologist Certification – Level III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and technical services to optimize mix designs and product performance.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and introducing new products.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers and prospects.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and strategic actions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM.
