• Ability to learn Intralot software and hardware applications for the Call Center Operator role.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound/outbound phone calls from Lottery retailers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and related issues for retailer calls and inquiries.
• Dispatch technicians for on-site repairs.
