Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in organizational change management or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives in a corporate/tech environment.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and Lean Agile.
• Certification in change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and execute change management for new system implementations within the IT PMO.
• Develop and implement change strategies; communicate benefits to stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders to build organization-wide support for rollouts.
