Job summary

Tstrata Strengthening Solutions, a Structural Group Company, is recruiting an experienced technical business development manager to grow relations with the Northern California structural engineering community. The role is based in San Francisco with travel and remote work expectations to deliver strengthening solutions.

You will train clients, support design and specification work, and liaise with our in-house engineers to provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering and CA PE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years engineering, construction or technical sales experience.
• Experience with the structural engineering community and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering training presentations to clients and industry groups.
• Support current and new potential clients via meetings, emails, and calls.
• Liaise between in-house engineering and structural engineers for design support.
• Develop and grow client relationships and strengthen the pipeline in Northern CA.
• Travel ~50% of the time within the territory and participate in project reviews.
