Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Technical Baseline Engineering Department Manager 3 for the Roy, UT facility. You will lead the T3 department within SDS and report to the Systems Engineering Director, coordinating across the division to meet program goals.

You will mentor section managers, oversee planning, risk, schedule, and technical quality, and develop talent. A Secret clearance is required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
