Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supplier Management Team Technical Lead for the Bechtel Subcontract at the SDS headquarters in Roy, UT. You will lead a cross-functional technical team, align supplier activities with the program baseline, and oversee technical deliverables and risk mitigation.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong systems engineering experience, and a track record in supplier management within aerospace domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; 14 years experience or 12 with a Master’s degree or 10 with a PhD.
• Security clearance: US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in construction management and overseeing all stages of lifecycle.
• Experience with systems engineering and the acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience managing a technical baseline.
• Experience with aerospace/electronic systems or payloads.
• Experience ensuring requirements flow-downs to subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical team for Bechtel subcontract and align supplier activities with program baseline.
• Develop Bechtel SSOW with key stakeholders.
• Assist SMTL in generating technical content for RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead Bechtel proposal evaluations and support negotiations.
• Review and approve Bechtel subcontractor deliverables with SMEs.
• Coordinate with SMTL to align technical objectives with cost and schedule.
• Establish and track technical goals to drive maturity and quality.
• Mitigate technical risks and maintain action-item tracker.
