Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Technical Baseline Engineering Department Manager 3 in the SDS Division at the Roy, UT facility. You will lead the T3 Department within Systems Engineering and mentor section managers while coordinating across Launch, Command, Flight, and ICBM sustainment areas.

Requirements include a STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 6+ years, U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance, and CM/PLM tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s and 6+ years.
• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• Experience with configuration management tools and CM/PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and mentor section managers based on engineering goals and policy.
• Provide oversight to multiple business areas within the division portfolio.
• Manage planning, risk, schedule, and technical quality for programs.
• Develop talent and maintain strong talent within the organization.
• Collaborate with managers and programs to maintain health and performance.
