Job summary

Isembard is seeking a Sales Representative to manage opportunities from first conversation to purchase order, collaborating with business development and factory teams to ensure feasible lead times and pricing.

You will nurture relationships with engineers and procurement professionals in aerospace, defense, energy and robotics, guiding proposals through to contract and ensuring on-time delivery from our Dallas-Fort Worth factory.

Qualifications

• Track record in B2B sales of technical or manufactured products.
• Comfort discussing drawings, tolerances, materials and lead times, or ability to learn quickly.
• Structured pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Clear written and verbal communication, good judgment in difficult conversations.
• High standards, low ego and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of prospective and new customers in target sectors.
• Lead commercial conversations with engineering and procurement teams.
• Work with factory and quoting teams to confirm manufacturability, lead time and price.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiation.
• Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate.
• Feed customer requirements back to production so promises can be delivered.
• Hand won accounts over cleanly so delivery starts well.
