Jobtailor is seeking a senior technology strategy leader to work with Federal executives, business SMEs, and key stakeholders in Reston, VA. You will drive current-state assessments, define desired capabilities, and outline architectures for mission-critical systems.
You will guide governance, CONOPS, and operating models, while delivering prototypes using AWS, Java/PHP/JS/Python stacks and low-code platforms.
Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives, business SMEs, and key stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand concerns and mission needs
Lead meetings with senior client leadership to discover current state, processes, requirements, pain points, aspirations, and goals
Work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to determine business needs and develop solution approaches, architecture, and strategy
Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes supporting the business mission
Develop prototypes and proofs of concept using data, technology, and low-code/no-code platforms
Evaluate technology platforms and perform analyses of alternatives
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams, business process flows, flow charts, and decision trees
Lead cross-team initiatives to coordinate contractor teams, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners
Participate in project discussions and team meetings, including daily standups and reviews
Perform hands-on coding and infrastructure work as required
Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners
Support opportunity shaping, solution development, and go-to-market strategies
Demonstrates expertise in developing technology strategies, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture artifacts while effectively managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Proficient in building full-stack applications and implementing infrastructure as code in cloud environments.
