We are seeking a Technical Analyst II who enjoys working at the intersection of payments operations, technology, and production support.
This role is heavily involved in payment rail implementations, complex issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ongoing production support, ensuring payment workflows are stable, compliant, and scalable. You will partner closely with IT engineers, operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep highvalue, timesensitive payments flowing correctly every day.
The Technical Analyst II acts as a key liaison between Payments Operations and IT, with a focus on wire payment processing, payment hub configuration, system integrations, and production support.
This role is accountable for analyzing complex payment issues, documenting requirements, supporting system testing, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver stable payment processing solutions aligned with BOKF's payments modernization roadmap.
Unlike general UI/UXfocused analyst roles, this position emphasizes payments data flows, ISO 20022 messages, wire processing lifecycles, and operational impact across multiple integrated systems.
