Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, performance, and roadmap for a portfolio of consumer payment products, ensuring alignment with consumer banking objectives, customer needs, and evolving market expectations.
  • Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends to identify opportunities that increase engagement, adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, risk, compliance, marketing, and external vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging payment technologies, industry developments, and competitive offerings to identify future opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates to business leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Leverage data, research, and analytics to make informed product decisions and prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact.

Job Description

The Senior Consumer Product Manager, Payments serves as the strategic owner of a portfolio of consumer payment products and is responsible for advancing product capabilities, improving customer experiences, and supporting business growth objectives. Working closely with partners across operations, technology, risk, compliance, marketing, and vendor organizations, you'll develop and execute product strategies that align with enterprise objectives and evolving customer expectations.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex payment ecosystems, influencing stakeholders across the organization, leveraging data to inform decisions, and balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution. Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study and 5+ years of directly related experience in product management or 8-10 years of equivalent work experience.
