Qualifications

• A+ and Microsoft product certifications preferred; driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop incident and Service Desk support with emphasis on user experience.
• Analyze and provide hands-on support for simple to moderate inquiries.
• Log and track problems; review problem-tracking databases.
