Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.33800)

Minimum Qualifications: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-related occupation. Position requires:

• Exadata implementations;
• Oracle Exadata Cloud Services (ExaCC) implementation and administration;
• ASM architecture and RAC architecture;
• Clustering technologies;
• Programming and troubleshooting in C and C++;
• Database Management Systems;
• Hardware debugging; and
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and networks and managing VMs and Exadata Cloud infrastructure.

Career Level: IC4
