Job Description

Entity: Oracle America, Inc.

Job Duties: Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute. (385.28877)

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-Support-related occupation.

Position requires:

• Database Administration (Oracle RDBMS) and storage and network administration;
• ASM, RAC, and Oracle RDBMS;
• Linux, Solaris, AIX, Windows, and OS virtualization;
• GRID, ASM, or RAC installation, configuration, upgrade and patching within versions 11gR2, 12c, 18c, and 19c;
• Performance issues within Oracle multi-node RAC environments

US: Hiring Range in USD from $134,285 - $141,999 per year. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
