Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a large-scale Field Network and Operations organization, driving process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across hundreds of office locations.

In this role you will analyze workflows, track milestones, develop documentation and dashboards, and provide reporting that informs business decisions. You’ll bridge business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining professional documentation, process maps, and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and performance metrics.
