Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Analyst for a remote role in the United States. The role focuses on day-to-day technology operations, end-user support, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a fully remote environment. The analyst will manage hardware, software, access, and onboarding/offboarding workflows to keep employees productive.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only). Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations.
• Foundational experience in IT support or end-user services.
• Working knowledge of MacOS and/or Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, network, and AV equipment
• Resolve help desk tickets related to hardware, software, and account access
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees
• Administer identity and access tasks, escalating complex requests as needed
• Manage endpoint tasks such as imaging and asset tracking
• Maintain accurate records of tickets and resolutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate leads in a timely manner

For our client, we are seeking an IT Analyst (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will support day-to-day technology operations in a remote environment, with a strong focus on end-user support and smooth internal service delivery. The IT Analyst will help keep hardware, software, account access, and onboarding/offboarding workflows running efficiently for employees. Success in this position will require strong communication, careful prioritization, and a proactive approach to improving the user experience across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
