• 4+ years in a technical role supporting IT environments.

• Experience with Azure Cloud, Windows Server and network infrastructure.
• Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine comprehensive technical assessments of the client environment to align with BFG standards and identify improvements.
• Develop technical strategies that support client objectives focusing on alignment, growth and security.
• Provide recommendations for new technologies and processes, including AI adoption where appropriate.
• Proactively address issues and escalate as needed with the vCIO and technical team.
• Collaborate with the vCIO to merge technical alignment with business strategy and roadmap.
• Perform pre-QBR site visits and generate alignment reports for the vCIO.
