Job summary

CE C Entertainment, LLC is seeking a bench technician to support field services. You will perform repairs, assemble components, and provide technical phone support during Central Time business hours. CAD familiarity and soldering are valued assets.

Experience as a bench technician and strong communication skills are required. The company emphasizes customer service, professional conduct, and collaboration with field managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as a Qualified Bench Technician.
• 1 year experience with CAD / 3D File creation.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in support of field services and operations.
• Support corporate objectives and guest service focus.
• Support customer (Operations and Field Technical Managers).
• Conduct quality repairs on items in the Electronics Repairs inventory.
• Provide technical phone support for the field 7 A.M.–5 P.M. Central Time.
• Assemble sound and other kit assemblies to support the field.
• Maintain, create and update tech manuals, schematics and fixtures.
