Job summary

Solidigm is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to lead complex accounting issues across U.S. GAAP and IFRS in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

You will research, document, and advise on significant topics, partnering with FP&A, operations, legal, tax, and treasury to ensure accurate financial reporting. The role emphasizes external audit coordination, policy development, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting with a Big 4 or national firm.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
• Experience with consolidation/VIE, equity/SBC, investments, and complex transaction accounting.
• Ability to bridge differences between U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memorandums and supporting external audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical accounting research and prepare memorandums for complex transactions (ASC 606/IFRS 15, consolidation, SBC, investments, debt).
• Support GAAP and IFRS reporting, bridging differences between frameworks.
• Evaluate accounting implications of semiconductor manufacturing arrangements.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, supply chain, legal, tax, treasury, and HR on accounting matters.
• Assist in quarterly/annual reporting, disclosures, policies, and audit materials.
• Coordinate with external auditors and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor emerging standards and support implementation of new pronouncements.
• Assist in developing accounting policies, controls, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior accounting team members.
