Job Description: Technical Accounting Manager

This position is part of Corporate Accounting and will serve as an expert and project lead on various U.S. GAAP and SEC technical accounting issues. Responsibilities include researching complex transactions, assessing implications, documenting conclusions, communicating with impacted departments, training, and managing implementation plans.

The role involves providing technical guidance in areas such as contracts, revenue recognition, leases, derivatives, VIE assessments, impairment analysis, acquisitions, divestitures, and application of accounting standards. Experience with leases is preferred. The candidate will also develop team members assisting with technical reviews.

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 7+ years of related experience, especially in technical accounting and memo writing.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, research complex standards, and communicate effectively across teams.

This position is based onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas, with potential relocation assistance. It is a full-time, mid-senior level role within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry, requiring 1-4 domestic trips annually.
