Credo is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team and help transform connectivity at scale through rigorous financial reporting and hands-on accounting leadership. You will own complex U.S. GAAP issues, draft technical memos, and prepare SEC disclosures, supporting external audits and the quarterly close.

This role offers exposure to a high-tech environment, collaboration across functions, and a path to broaden accounting expertise in a fast-growing semiconductor-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA license required or in progress.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or external reporting.
• Experience researching U.S. GAAP issues and drafting technical memos.
• Experience preparing SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and disclosures.
• SOX/internal control experience and external audit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and draft memos.
• Partner with business units on transactions to assess accounting implications.
• Monitor FASB, SEC, PCAOB developments and communicate impact.
• Design and document accounting policies for consistency across the company.
• Prepare and review SEC filings and footnotes.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual close and reporting calendar.
• Draft MD&A support schedules and XBRL tagging.
• Support Audit Committee and Board materials.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal controls (SOX).
