Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, accurate, and efficient.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.
• Skilled at building trust with clients and delivering exceptional service.
• Quick learner of new tools and concepts.
