Job summary

Blackbaud, a remote‑first software leader empowering nonprofits and education sectors, seeks a Technical Account Manager for enterprise clients using our disbursement service. You will be the trusted technical partner, turning client issues into actionable cases for Payments, Compliance, and Engineering teams and driving them to resolution.

You will lead escalations, translate technical events for clients, guide testing and go‑live, and help build runbooks and post‑incident reviews while

Qualifications

5+ years in technical account management or similar client-facing technical role.
Knowledge of electronic payments and bank operations is a plus.
Understanding of APIs and event-driven integrations and how to read API responses or logs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single technical contact for enterprise accounts, guiding issues to resolution.
Lead escalations for high-impact issues and coordinate internal teams.
Translate payment events into clear next steps for clients and internal teams.
Guide clients through testing, sign-off, and go-live, with ongoing service cadence and reviews.
Develop runbooks, post-incident reviews, and training materials with banking and compliance teams.
