Commerce seeks a technically adept professional to manage enterprise and mid-market accounts in a fast-paced SaaS/eCommerce setting. You will provide proactive technical guidance, diagnose integration needs, and help customers optimize their Commerce ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap, maintain run books, and drive growth through platform configurations and strategic reviews.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in manging enterprise or mid-market SaaS/eCommerce portfolios or client consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio including enterprise and high-growth accounts with proactive technical guidance.
• Drive stability and growth; improve customer revenue and retention.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence features and roadmap.
• Create Run Books documenting architecture and integrations.
• Provide platform configuration support and conduct service reviews.
• Lead technical best-practice reviews to maximize value from Commerce platform.
