Job summary

Commerce is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager based in Austin, TX. You will act as the primary technical contact for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding API integrations and platform configurations to maximize value from the Commerce suite.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap, maintain run books, and conduct service reviews focused on growth while partnering with customers at executive levels in a fast-paced SaaS/eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience managing technical aspects of an enterprise or mid-market portfolio in SaaS/eCommerce.
• Ability to read and interpret JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; comfortable with REST and GraphQL API logic.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs, GraphQL queries, and middleware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow a book of business with enterprise and high-growth accounts.
• Provide proactive technical guidance and consultation to optimize customer ecosystems.
