Job summary

Metriport is seeking a Technical Account Manager in San Francisco to serve as the technical bridge between production customers and our product, ensuring they can extract maximum value from Metriport's platform while building trust for expansion.

You will pair deep product knowledge with customer needs to propose solutions, implement new CS processes, and work with the Chief of Staff and Customer Success on health, retention, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role with 4+ years at one company.
• Fluency reading API documentation and translating technical concepts for non-tech stakeholders.
• Experience at both early-stage startups and scaled Customer Success teams (Series D+).
• Ability to manage complex enterprise deals over extended periods and drive usage.

Responsibilities

• Own customer health and retention metrics in production.
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure ROI-driven usage.
• Monitor customer usage to scale with their needs.
• Build cadence and ad hoc customer engagement efforts.
