Job summary

Metriport is hiring an Implementation Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will serve as the primary customer contact, guiding onboardings, integrating Metriport into customer workflows, and providing deep technical guidance across product capabilities and APIs.

You bring 6+ years of software-implementation experience, strong full-stack skills in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting software implementation.
• Located in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Healthcare experience is a plus: HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, EHR/EMR, NPI, TEFCA, HL7, LOINC, ICD-10.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand use cases, requirements, and success criteria.
• Participate in weekly onboarding syncs to ensure value delivery and integration into workflows.
• Maintain relationships post-onboarding with ongoing support and updates.
• Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering to resolve customer problems.
• Manage requests, coordinate with engineering, and communicate resolutions.
• Join weekly team syncs to discuss customer feedback and needs.
