The role emphasizes relationship-building, communication, and comfort with interpreting drawings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a base salary up to $70,000 plus performance bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, technical sales, customer service, or equipment sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable learning technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary contact.
• Coordinate orders from inquiry through shipment.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine product feasibility.
• Partner with engineering to develop customized solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, blanket orders, and project timelines.
• Maintain customer information in HubSpot CRM and ERP systems.
• Build long-term relationships with customers across industries.
