Job summary

Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. in Syracuse, NY seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions for complex technical capital equipment.

You will manage key accounts, build a robust sales pipeline, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Service and Production, and travel as needed to client sites and trade shows. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within capital equipment or engineered systems.
• Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts.
• Demonstrated success selling complex, technical solutions through long sales cycles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new customer opportunities across assigned regions and customer segments.
• Engage technical and commercial stakeholders to understand customer needs, applications, budgets, timelines, and purchasing processes.
• Lead discovery conversations and progress qualified opportunities through the sales process to booking.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and visibility.
• Manage and grow existing and installed-base accounts through upselling, cross-selling, replacement opportunities, and system expansions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Service, and Production to develop and execute proposals on time and within margin targets.
