Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key area within our commerce platform. You will lead cross-functional teams and leverage AI-powered capabilities to shape solutions for the world’s largest retailers and brands.

You’ll synthesize qualitative inputs, drive prioritization, prototype concepts with AI tools, and own end-to-end delivery from concept to launch. Strong communication and experience with large clients in ecommerce are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience within the SAAS industry with a complex enterprise level product
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms
• Strong end-to-end product lifecycle experience: goals, measurement, impact
• Experience driving strategy for complex software ecosystems
• Experience synthesizing qualitative research into themes and prioritization
• Prototyping product concepts/workflows with AI tools to validate ideas
• AI-driven documentation workflows (PRDs, release notes)
• Data exploration/analysis with AI-assisted tools
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across levels
• Experience collaborating with large clients in commerce
• Growth mindset with bias to action
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the long-term vision for the product, leveraging AI-first approaches
• Synthesize client inputs (interviews, support tickets, surveys) using AI to identify themes and prioritization
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to align client needs with objectives
• Own roadmap prioritization and make scope/sequence trade-offs with AI insights
• Prototype and validate concepts with AI tools (flows, wireframes, mocks)
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to launch with PRDs, testing, and change management
• Use AI to accelerate product documentation (PRDs, one-pagers, release notes)
• Track progress, report status to stakeholders, support release cycles
• Champion client needs, triage requests, and build trust-based relationships
• Influence stakeholders across designers and engineers for timely delivery
• Collaborate with all levels to gain buy-in on strategy, goals, initiatives
• Leverage AI-driven data exploration for faster, evidence-based decisions
