Job summary

LiveView Technologies is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the face of success for our largest accounts. You will ensure retention and growth by building success plans and partnering with Client Success Managers.

You will perform technical audits, provide product consultations, set best practices for customer programs, and collaborate with Product teams to feedback improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing TAM role with troubleshooting across software, IP cameras, or networks.
• Able to explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and client enablement skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Client Success Managers and clients to tailor device configuration and analytics settings.
• Configure software and analytics settings for IP camera models.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, or configuration.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
