Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, strategic workforce planning, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional analytical or strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across multiple data sources.
• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements and modeling.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Technology and talent leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Shape workforce intelligence capabilities by integrating internal and external insights.
• Build partnerships with senior stakeholders across Technology, HR, Finance, and AI Transformation.
• Develop analytical tools and frameworks; mentor peers and share expertise.
• Lead complex work across priorities in a fast-moving environment and deliver stakeholder action.
