Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead complex workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning initiatives. You will partner with senior Technology and talent leaders to anticipate workforce needs, shape strategy, and influence key decisions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, independent problem structuring, and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, HR, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, SWP, or related field.
• Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and integrate multiple data sources.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics or strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and implementation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risks, dependencies, and determine the path forward.
• Ability to connect workforce insights to broader business/financial/talent strategies and translate analysis into executive recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence with ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across internal/external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements, including hypotheses, modeling, skills analysis, gaps, and scenario development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and talent leaders, delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Shape and advance workforce intelligence by integrating internal/external insights across AI, skills, labor market trends.
• Build partnerships with senior stakeholders across Technology, HR, Finance, and other priorities.
• Elevate team capabilities by developing models/tools/frameworks and mentoring peers.
