Job summary
Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced Workforce Strategy & Intelligence professional to partner with Technology and Talent leaders to address complex workforce questions, shape strategy, and influence decisions.
In this individual contributor role, you will lead high-impact analytics and SWP initiatives from problem definition through recommendations, helping leaders anticipate needs and navigate ambiguity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, HR, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of analytics/workforce analytics experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional analytical initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across multiple data sources to identify trends.
- Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements and influence actions.
- Serve as trusted advisor to Technology and talent leaders with data-driven recommendations.
- Shape workforce intelligence by integrating internal and external insights.
- Build partnerships with senior stakeholders across Technology, HR, Finance and AI Transformation.
- Develop analytical capabilities and lead multiple workstreams with accountability.
