Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, HR, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of analytics/workforce analytics/strategic workforce planning experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and integrate multiple data sources.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses from diverse data sources.
