Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced analytics professional to support its Technology organization. You will lead complex workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to address workforce questions and influence talent decisions in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes navigating ambiguity, connecting insights across domains, and delivering data-driven recommendations that shape strategy and execution in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, HR, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, SWP, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate analysis into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across internal and external data sources.
• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements and scenario development.
• Influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and clear storytelling.
• Shape workforce intelligence capabilities by integrating internal and external insights.
• Build trusted partnerships with Technology, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Coach peers and advance analytical methodologies and scalable tools.
