Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, HR, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or strategic workforce planning.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver data-driven insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytic initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to connect workforce insights to business strategy and finance.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with ability to translate analysis into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Structure and perform sophisticated workforce analyses across multiple data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning engagements including: hypotheses, supply and demand modeling, skills analysis, and scenario development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology and talent leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Shape and advance workforce intelligence capabilities by integrating internal and external insights.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across Technology, HR, Finance, and other priorities.
• Elevate team capability by developing tools, methodologies, and mentoring peers.
• Independently lead complex work across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
