Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support enterprise technology transformation and integration initiatives.

You will partner with business, IT, security, and program teams to drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and operating models. The role requires leading change management for technology implementations and enterprise transformations, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting technology or information security change initiatives.
• Experience leading change management for enterprise technology implementations.
• 2+ years in a PMO or supporting large program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and adoption skills.
• Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities for technology transformation and integration initiatives.
• Assess the impact of organizational, process, and technology changes.
• Identify and manage change risks associated with system implementations and operational changes.
