Job summary

Analysis Group, Inc. is seeking a Technology Counsel in Boston to negotiate a broad range of technology agreements, including AI-related contracts, software licenses, SaaS, and IT infrastructure arrangements.

You will partner with IT, security, and product teams to manage legal risk while enabling strategic technology initiatives. The role requires a JD and five+ years of relevant experience, with preference for prior law firm and in-house work.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of five years of legal experience required.
• Ideal candidate has six to eight years of substantive relevant experience.
• Combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology-related agreements required.

Responsibilities

• Technology Contracts – Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of technology-related agreements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with IT, Information Security, AI Operations, and other teams across the procurement lifecycle.
• Technology Risk Management – Advise on legal issues related to acquisition, implementation, and use of technology, including AI-enabled workflows.
• Firmwide Communications and Guidance – Develop guidance and training on technology contracting, AI governance, and regulatory developments.
