Job summary

Friedman Williams seeks a Director of Learning to lead firm-wide technology training for attorneys and staff across U.S. offices. You will promote digital proficiency and maximize technology adoption to support efficiency and client service.

In this role you will supervise a training team, develop engaging programs, and partner with IT and leadership on implementations and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five years delivering technology training in a professional services setting.
• Experience creating and delivering programs for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology training across the firm’s offices with scheduling and supervision.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs for attorneys and staff.
• Create curricula, guides, videos, and on‑demand resources.
• Deliver training in person, virtually, and via eLearning.
• Partner with IT and leadership for software implementations and change management.
• Identify gaps, boost user adoption, and measure training effectiveness.
• Manage calendars, records, and resources across offices and time zones.
• Build relationships with leadership to identify training needs and optimize technology use.
• Stay current on legal tech and instructional design trends.
