Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Learning Specialist & Trainer to design and deliver curated training programs, enabling attorneys and staff to adopt firm software and processes with confidence. You’ll partner with attorneys, legal support, and IT to deliver tailored programs, build end-user proficiency, and champion positive change across nationwide offices.

The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning principles, and hands-on support, including travel to offices for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a professional services training role and strong written/spoken communication skills
• Subject matter expert in corporate training and its integrated ecosystem
• Experience with end user enablement and change management in a professional environment

Responsibilities

• Create courseware and update intranet content; tailor onboarding and training strategies
• Deliver training in live, one-to-one, classroom settings and curate other modalities
• Develop IT and end user training on hardware and application software
• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses and prepare catalogs
• Prepare instructor materials and student materials for training programs
• Serve as SME on core software including Office 365, Windows 11, iManage, Emburse, Zoom/Teams; travel for training as needed
