You will assist the Technical Instructor, facilitate hands-on labs, manage attendance, and help learners succeed through structured study groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program.
• Obtained all certifications offered in the training course.
• Ability to teach in a highly interactive and hands-on style.
• Passion for teaching others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Instructor in conducting training across hardware, software, networking, security, and other IT topics.
• Lead study groups and provide review materials as approved by the instructor.
• Ensure equipment is returned and manage lab logistics.
• Utilize Learning Management System for attendance, grades, and real-time monitoring.
• Enter learner data in Salesforce/Canvas accurately and timely.
• Support learner success through ongoing feedback and collaboration with coaches.
