Job summary

Per Scholas seeks an Instructional Associate to support entry- and mid-level IT training across hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity topics. You will assist instructors, facilitate hands-on labs, and lead study groups while ensuring equipment and attendance tracking are accurate.

You will bring passion for teaching, adaptability to schedule changes, and a collaborative approach to improve learner outcomes within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom sessions using an approved curriculum
• Support the Technical Instructor with hands-on training across IT domains
• Lead study groups and coordinate topics with instructors
• Gather tools and materials for lectures and labs as scheduled
• Ensure equipment return and proper inventory management
• Enter learner data in Salesforce/Canvas and monitor attendance
• Participate in learner progress meetings and enforce program policies
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to learners and coaches
