Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program.
• Certification(s) offered in the training course completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Instructor in delivering IT training across hardware, software, networking, security, and related topics.
• Lead small study groups and review sessions under instructor guidance.
• Prepare materials and gather tools for hands‑on labs as directed.
• Ensure equipment loaned to learners is returned and track attendance/grades/scorecards.
• Utilize Learning Management System for assignments and monitoring learner progress.
• Participate in required learner progress meetings and enforce program policies.
