Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Local Campus Admissions Representative in Long Beach, CA.

You will drive enrollment by engaging prospective students, communicating program value, and guiding applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. You will need at least two years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years sales experience, with preference for academic admissions or telesales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to provide flexible and adaptable work schedules.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interface with local students within the state area where the campus resides using consultative sales techniques.
• Effectively communicate the Educational Value Proposition for UTI programs to prospective students.
• Provide program information via telephone and written materials, explaining policies and procedures throughout the student lifecycle.
• Follow up with students to ensure ongoing engagement and success.
• Participate in campus events and campus tours as needed.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with other campus departments to support student enrollment and success.
