Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates for technical, engineering, and business-critical U.S. positions.
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders to align sourcing efforts with workforce planning.
• Build, maintain, and update candidate pipelines and present qualified slates to recruiting partners.
