Job summary

You will use market intelligence, sourcing platforms, and proactive outreach to engage candidates and support hiring initiatives.

You will manage pipelines, track activity, and stay current on sourcing technologies and best practices, including AI-powered tools, for scalable talent building at KLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years supporting talent acquisition for engineering/technical roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing to identify passive and active candidates.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple requisitions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts.
