Job summary

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our global team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will identify, engage and build pipelines of qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles across the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, engineering or related field.
1–2 years supporting talent acquisition for engineering/technical roles.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Ability to build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Experience engaging passive candidates via direct sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

Identify qualified passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
Use advanced sourcing methods: internet research, talent mapping, publication and patent searches, social networks.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities.
Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across geographies and disciplines.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with workforce planning.
