Job summary

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Ann Arbor, Michigan to build pipelines for technical roles and engage qualified candidates. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify, engage, and develop pipelines across U.S.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher required.
2-4 years of experience supporting talent acquisition for engineering/technical roles.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Proven ability to build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Experience identifying passive candidates through direct sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

Source qualified passive/active candidates for current and future roles.
Engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, and networking platforms.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for assigned requisitions.
Track sourcing activity and recruiting outcomes; present qualified slates to partners.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with workforce planning.
